Can't find your ticket? Here are a few things to check:

Different Region

Double check to make sure you're viewing tickets for the correct region. If it's incorrect, simply change the "Region:" dropdown at the top of the ticket summary page to another region in order to see those tickets.


Didn't Quite Finish

If you don't see your ticket on a ticket summary page, you may have missed the completion step. Click "Ask a Question" again to create a Customer Support request. This will show up on your ticket summary page as a Web Ticket.


Ticket Archived

If a ticket has not had any activity for 30+ days, it will be automatically archived. You can view archived tickets by selecting "Show All Tickets" in the "View:" dropdown at the top of the ticket summary page.
