Battle.net

In order to detach a Battle.net Authenticator from a Battle.net account, you need to provide two consecutive authenticator codes and must click the REMOVE AUTHENTICATOR button before the second code expires.

To remove a Battle.net Authenticator, follow these steps:

1. Log into your account at http://eu.battle.net

2. Click the ACCOUNT button, located at the top of the page:
   
   
   

3. To reach the removal page, either:
   
   Click [Remove] at the side of your ACCOUNT SECURITY information:
   
   
   
   (or)
   
   In the account navigation menu, click Settings and then select Change Security Options:
   
   
   

4. Click the REMOVE AUTHENTICATOR button

5. Generate an authenticator code and enter it into the First Authenticator Code field. Wait approximately 30 seconds before generating a new authenticator code and entering it into the Second Authenticator Code field. Quickly click the REMOVE AUTHENTICATOR button to complete the removal process.
