How much does World of Warcraft Remote cost? Back to top

World of Warcraft Remote is a subscription-based service that costs €2.99 (or £2.49) for 30 days of access, and requires an active, paid World of Warcraft subscription with up-to-date payment information. Back to top

The billing cycle for World of Warcraft Remote is independent of your World of Warcraft game subscription cycle. If you cancel your subscription to World of Warcraft, the associated World of Warcraft Remote subscription will be cancelled automatically as well, and any remaining time on the World of Warcraft Remote subscription will be frozen until you reactivate your World of Warcraft subscription. If you re-subscribe to World of Warcraft in the future, you will need to reinstate your World of Warcraft Remote subscription separately. Back to top

No. World of Warcraft Game Cards and Time Codes can only be used for World of Warcraft play time and cannot be used for any other paid services. Back to top

If I have multiple World of Warcraft accounts associated with my Battle.net account, do I need to purchase a separate World of Warcraft Remote subscription for each? Back to top

Yes. A World of Warcraft Remote subscription is associated with one individual World of Warcraft account. You will need to purchase a separate World of Warcraft Remote subscription for each World of Warcraft account on which you wish to use the service. Back to top

Is there a limit to the number of transactions (purchases and sales) I can make? Back to top

Yes. In order to help prevent abuse of this service, there is a system in place to limit the total number of Remote Auction House transactions (including bids, buyouts, and creating auctions) that a single World of Warcraft account can perform through World of Warcraft Remote each day. Currently, the limit is set to 200 transactions per day. Our goal with this system is to ensure that most players who are using the service will not reach the limit, and we will be continuously monitoring how the service is used and making adjustments to the system as needed. Back to top

Do you plan on making additional World of Warcraft-related services like this available through World of Warcraft Remote in the future? Back to top

We are considering other services that could help keep players connected to different aspects of World of Warcraft through the web or their mobile devices. As with the Remote Auction House and upcoming Remote Guild Chat features, these services would be designed to complement the gameplay of World of Warcraft, and would be implemented in a way that doesn't detract from the gameplay for other players who do not use the service. We look forward to sharing more details with you in the future. Back to top

I don't really see why people would find this expensive. 3 euro/month is really cheap, considering the possibilities for a remote AH. Whenever you're taking a !@#$, slacking at work or just waiting for the bus, you can keep your money flowing.

Glad I read the small print before signing up! I thought I could use this during my commute to save time on relisting my glyph auctions when I get home, but with a 200 transaction a day limit it's not much use to me... Come on Blizz, won't you consider the scribes?
