Please do this again! I for one (and i am not alone.. see: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/search?q=race+change+discount for instance) would definitely make use of this!
It has been a long time since you have had a sale in race change. €20.00 EUR is just too much for this kind of service. (Certainly if you consider that normally it is €7.00 EUR more than (154% of) a whole month's worth of WoW gaming.... ! - and of course you pay this on top of your monthly subscription!)
Value for money is important.

I'd like to race change but 20,- euro is outrageous! Make a new character of the right race you say? ...I'd rather quit the game.

I rather delete my character and make myself a new one on the right faction and level it up too 90 or higher in the future, then pay the 25 euro for a push on a button...

I don't care.Fix the following.If you wanna change server and go Horde for example you need atleast 40 euros.-20 euros for transfer and 20 to faction change...Now imagne you have 4 toons...160 euros...Either make a permanent discount of those things or put a package price of 30 and include both services.Paying 30 euros *in my country* is more than enough every 60 days.Even Star wars is going free at October...Either people stop feeding them,or make something so we are heard.

To be honest, the faction-change prices could be lowered a little. The race-changes could go down to 10 Euro. Name could go to 5 euro. I would be more willing to spend money on it. I kinda want to change to worgen, but as it is now, i rather buy a month of game-time than this.

But I don't exactly get it... I mean, so many people play this game and they charge so much for it. for example, 25 euroes for a name change and faction etc... That is pretty expensive, just my thoughts. My point is that it would be better if it was only 10 euroes for any of these changes.

Blizz, plz change this for the future.
