New Pet Battle Site is Live

With the addition of Pet Battles to the World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria beta test, we’ve also launched our all new Pet Battles System website. You can head over there now to read all about the new system, learn how your pets will fight for glory and victory, and look at a multitude of screenshots of pets in action.

For all those testing the new system, please join the Pet Battles discussion in our beta feedback forum.

heya all , pet battle is very cool , do we have to go duel the pet trainer npcs to get the new skills ? my pets are like lvl 11 -12 and cant use the 4th skill

I don’t mind the whole pet battle thing. It’s optional. So if you like it, great just something else to do. If you don’t like it you can skip it. My only question is how long until it becomes a pet bot system like much of the other pvp in wow?
For those that say great way to make gold. Do you really think this is going to make gold? With the new shared system they only need to buy the pet one time and they have it on all characters. If they like the pet battles without the shared system, then it would make gold. They would continue to buy pets for their alts to use in battles.

Think blizzard saw people how didnt have things to so this make people spend time collecting capturing and also fihting with this pet battle system ~Thanks blizzard for doing this players will spend alot of time doing this also having fuN~

can't wait to try it out i think it's awsome how would the horde/ally balloon fight? lol i think it would be nice if the pets mature/evolve at certain levels at some point later on in the game tho

I gotta admit, from my love of pokemon when I was younger, the green one in the pic ACTUALLY looks like a pokemon. Still, I don't see a similarity to pokemon other then having your pets battle. It's just a misc feature which I approve of

This isn't even pokemon. Blizzard put this in WoW because it's something to do instead of sitting around in a city being bored all the time, if you think this is pokemon then your playing the wrong game. Just sayin'. Besides I think this is a good idea.

total agree with Arandria and Wcanka...cant belive some of u hate this game cos of something thats SIMILAR to pokemon...and people saying the game is too easy...its probably your addons like Wcanka said...and maybe blizz want to make to game widen the age rating and have some younger players...dont hate cos the game to easy for you...just leave and play something else...and let us that want pet battles, pandaria and offer new things play at peace and not have people raging about how the game is turning out...its blizzs game, and they can do what they like to it
