We’re proud to present the Blizzard Customer Support YouTube channel!
We’ve lovingly crafted a number of videos to guide you through some of the most common customer support issues so you can continue playing and enjoying our games.
All videos are available in HD, so be sure to bump up the quality level, and each video has subtitles in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, and Russian.

A helpful video designed to guide you through some basic ways that you can not only protect your Battle.net account but your entire computer.
Have a cell phone? You can do a lot to protect your account by getting the Battle.net Mobile Authenticator application. Watch this video to find out where to obtain one and how to link it to your account.
If you don’t have a cell phone, or own one that isn’t supported by the mobile app, a physical Battle.net Authenticator is also available. Check this out for a walkthrough on how to get one and how to use it to protect your account.
Oh noes, you’ve been hacked! The unthinkable has happened and you need to know what to do right away. This video will guide you through the exact steps to take to ensure that your account is secured, the situation is resolved, and you’re protected from any future intrusion.

Your narrator has this british accent going, and I'm thinking to myself.. this must have been recorded for the European side of the WOW network. So I check the announcement on the American forums, and I see the same link... and it loads the same page, with the british accents. I wonder if the Americans are really getting these tutorials with a british accent narrator? That accent sounds weird to Americans and is sometimes not well understood. heh.
