Xance, i just had that problem but i figured it out. you have to click on your activated game account and to the right it'll say claim rewards like faction change and lvl 80 boost etc just click claim rewards and it's there.

I just had a scroll of ress of a friend. I didn't claimed the rewards for boost to lvl 80 to make a new one. Now I got a new char and now I can't get into the scroll of ress page to claim it. Can you help me out please?

If anyone needs a scroll let me know. Really want that mount lol.

So this post, goes kinda against the Scroll of Resurrection FAQ...

Cant even send one to my old friend, he has an main account, and a trial account which could just be deleted, but he does not know how. Seriously, does not make us feel like valued customers.

This is just outrageous! I dont believe how Blizzard is harassing its clients with "problems" like this! Clearly the issue is intentional and just feels like being pissed in the eye.

I would really hope Blizzard had faith in its own game so such "cooldowns" could be avoided. Apparently not. Pathetic.

So, Blizz is trying to say that they are fixing some trivial issue with SoR for two months already? Pathetic.

Ppl mentioned it in the previous posts: SoR, is for players who actually STOPPED the game in the past, and most likely they'll stop again. That is the loss of targeting casual players. I mean the people who play for half or one hour per day and get decent gear. If you see it objectively, a game attracting casuals is a success, but not for the true core players. A new player will most likely get very excited by the game, XPing, advancing, seeing new worlds, along with the music, that part of the game is enchanting, and that is why recruit is still on. But the hardcore players are fed up with the current content, and it's a matter of time they'll eventually leave for other mmo, and that is why SoR is OUT. Now blizzard's targeting in the future. To gather new core players with recruit, and get rid of the old ones disabling SoR. Because all those years blizzard was making changes for peripheral players. Dungeon, and Raid finder, guild levels and easy tacts. Behind a change blizzard does for wow, there are minds TRULY seeing in the future, and after all those conspiracy thoughts, my WoW mood is certainly not getting any better. I've been playing since 2007. To be treated like this? I don't believe I deserve it. No one deserves that.

I cant see how this could make blizz more money. My mates playing SWTOR right now and is already getting a little board of it. I talked him into coming back to wow by using the scroll but its not availiable. Thats one person that would almost certinly have come back to wow for atleast the med term. Doesnt sound like good business to me....

i was also bummed to see that SoR was down, but all those ridiculous comments made me totally support blizzard, 3 pages of cheapfcks i mean where does the humanity aim for these days -_-

btw you'll can tell your friends that they r cheap !@# $%^-, is it really to much to pay 15euro a month ? rather pay 10euro a month for runescape or something cuz i don't know, wow has the biggest community, also one of the biggest game & all blizzard is hoping for is that there are ppl who pays for the game, not some cheapass fcks who counts on the scroll of resurection..

all we want is a little update when it will be fixed of if it will so if you could send us a email or something i would be grateful.

Ofcouse I could also be totally wrong in my longer post, or partially right where the real reason behind this might very well be the same reason blizzard are selling expansions for 5euro/piece, wow battlechest for 7euro (vanilla + bc), dumping prices. The reason: They´ve come to the conlusion that the end is near and they`ve begun squeezing out the last $$ possible as the competition is releasing very promising mmo:s this year. GW3, Tera online, Secret World + alot more.

Why are everyone so shocked? This isn´t surprising at all, Blizzard obviously hired expensive consultants, who came to the conclusion that this move will generate more $$ since some people won´t stop wow:ing to give SWTOR and other mmo:s coming out early 2012 a chance since they know that using the Scroll-method to get back will not be possible. Therefor I am sure this move has caused alot of players (us with less money in general) who wanted to try SWTOR out and other mmo:s now won´t because of the uncertainty that one can´t log back on wow a month or so after playing SWTOR "just to feel the wow-breeze again". Blizzard knows that this 7 year old game engine will not look very tempting after a month or so in another new mmo. They will not have their 10 days to log back into wow through a scroll, and see all the flaws, ranging from the gamengine to innovative thinking. Now everyone who stopped paying for wow and are know enjoying SWTOR, who will want to just "take a peek at wow again" since the last months/years one has gotten addicted to the game, will have to pay a full month. Do you think blizzard isnt a company? Ofcourse they´ve done their homework and came to the conclusion that: This move will generate more $$ than having it up due to the reason I mentioned along with the fear of people who enjoy SWTOR alot will get a friend to send them a scroll, to the go into guildchat, partychat and whatnot and let people know that they enjoy and like a new game now. Because god forbid, they might actually try it.

Do not be so naive ppl, blizzard knows exactly that this move will cause the least loss of players. It was a perfectly convinent time, SWTOR, GW3 raound the corner. :)

... go on... as long as there is no scroll of resurrection available, my friend keeps playing swtor... aren't there any rumours how long the cooldown will go on?

Same here... Just talking to a friend on Skype, and we go over the WoW-subject. After a few minutes I started trying to convince him to come back... *facepalm*

A friend made me aware of this function because he wanted to come back but now he isnt to sure...
