Dragon Soul Difficulty Change

During the scheduled server maintenance on the week of April 30, the “Power of the Aspects” spell will grow more powerful, reducing the health and damage dealt of all enemies in the Dragon Soul raid by 20%. This spell will grow progressively stronger over time to reduce the difficulty and make the encounters more accessible. The spell will affect both normal and Heroic difficulties, but it will not affect the Raid Finder difficulty.
Don’t need the help of the Dragon Aspects? The spell can be disabled by talking to Lord Afrasastrasz at the beginning of Dragon Soul.
We hope you continue to enjoy Dragon Soul, and that these changes encourage you to attempt a higher difficulty, or just keep pushing to down that next boss.

I dont get you... If you dont want this "nerf" disable the spell and !@#$... As simple as that you lttle crybabies.
I cant understand all this whine ... You dont want more people to have epix ? Or whats the whole idea behind crying over a nerf option ?

And this debuff makes it easyer for these people.
Without this *nerf* DS would be impossible for those people
Now the laid back people can do DS without wiping so often.
Blizzard should do this every expansion tbh :)

You feel Offended by people complaining about nerfs, You get Mad, And take the ( You claim) Little time you already have on hands to complain on forums, AND FOR WHAT.
You havent even raided this whole expansion, Not Anything.
Why, For .... Sake Do you care if people complain about nerfs, YOU DONT EVEN USE THE NERFS. Infact i wonder why people like you even play an RPG Game. Seriously, Just do yourself and the proper bit of the community a favor, And shut your Piehole.

It takes 1-2 nights a week to be able to clear current tier content before the next content is released, Without any nerfs. Many people state that people with 8/8 hc are no-lifers, but lets face it. Thats absolute and utter bull!@#$.
All it takes to be able to clear raid content evry tier, Is alittle bit of manners, Abit of dedication, Abit of research, and 2 nights of playing per week. Now the lot of you can say whatever the f... you want, But all of you Literally all of you play more than 2 nights a week.
Fact.

You can already pug full DS runs with some bosses HC, HC itself is meant to be for the more hardcore whereas norm is for casual, i thought this is how it's meant to be.
If someone wants to play easy mode it already is, but you're turning this into a disney game for 5 year olds. Raid finder itself is already great for casuals with the attention span of........no reference found, just a really bad attention span.
People seem to be forgetting, yes when learning you do wipe alot, but this experience makes downing the boss much more satisfying, it makes you feel like you've achieved something, like karazhan, you wiped every boss (attu and moroes maybe excepted) but every single one felt like a great achievement. Now the final boss feels like a normal boss kill, and the normal boss just feel like dungeon kills. yeh it was hard and time consuming, but let raid finder sort those that lack time. Multiple difficulties is good, making all difficulties the same difficulty is pointless.
Firelands and T11 content was a good difficulty, especially blackwing decent. And why has Al'Akir been the only almost single boss raid? You're putting all gear and the full Tier into 1 raid, 1 tier with multiple raids was good, you had choice "where shall we raid tonight?" but now its "lets get DS done this week" im not saying the game should be hard, but i do think you're taking away variety, variety in any game is a good strong aspect.
Please, keep it hard for the elitists, and enjoyable for the casuals, make the harder content more rewarding, but the casual satisfying. A final boss kill should not be within the first couple of weeks. It should be what keeps everyone interested in guild progress, I haven't heard anyone talk about anyones guild progress in a while, as everyone has already cleared the T13 content. It takes away competition, it doesn't let the better guilds be noticed as much for being as good as they are. I understand you dont want there to be encounters only the elite see, but you dont really need a guld to progress anymore.
I have alot more to say but anyone who reads that essay has probably fallen asleep by now.

There is value in clearing the raid without the buff of course- but clearing the raid with the buff doesn't detract from the skill required. Some people love the game as much as the hardcores but lack the aptitude to react at the speed of light- my partner plays and she does a good job on her hunter, but she is adamant that she likes cursor movement and mouseclick toolbar styles of play, she won't for love nor money swap to the more commonly used WSAD setup- does this remove her from endgame raiding? Of course not, its her choice and comfort to play that way, and whilst it might prevent her from achieving HC modes tradionally, the buff just gives enough leeway for her to experience the endgame content that she would otherwise miss out on (kicks from raid from elitists).
My point is that the buff is a good way for guilds such as ours with a lot of good friends and family that dont have the time to waste on mass wipes as we learn (don't get me wrong, we cleared many raids as a guild buffless, and we learned the tacts and did the graft)- sometimes its just nice to be able to face the challenges head on at a difficulty level that will allow us to progress in the precious time we have in between real life committments?
Essentially the people moaning on here that it devalues thier achievements need to step back and remember, its just a game. Gratz on gaining thier achievements, but don't go denying the players that want to make some progress and pay thier subscriptions same as you the opportunity to kill an endgame boss- we've all been stuck on a boss for weeks on end at some point or another and understand the frustration borne of that...
And if it really really grates on you that much.... turn off the buff and keep raiding it YOUR way with YOUR friends and let us raid OUR way with OUR friends. Live and let live...
I dare you to argue against that reasoning. ;-)
