Dragon Soul Difficulty Change

During the scheduled server maintenance on the week of April 30, the “Power of the Aspects” spell will grow more powerful, reducing the health and damage dealt of all enemies in the Dragon Soul raid by 20%. This spell will grow progressively stronger over time to reduce the difficulty and make the encounters more accessible. The spell will affect both normal and Heroic difficulties, but it will not affect the Raid Finder difficulty.
Don’t need the help of the Dragon Aspects? The spell can be disabled by talking to Lord Afrasastrasz at the beginning of Dragon Soul.
We hope you continue to enjoy Dragon Soul, and that these changes encourage you to attempt a higher difficulty, or just keep pushing to down that next boss.

it's a skill problem, not a difficulty problem

people also need to understand that blizzard is running a business at the end of the day, and no company will do anything that will jeopardize their own business, so if they did it in ICC and are doing it now, its simply because according to their data and statistics that non of you have access to obv...they know that they are keeping more players and more ppl are getting to experience the full content of what they paid for....when there are summer/winter sales in shops...do you run into the store and qq about how you bought that cloth for £100 when its now £10?...NO you don't...its what happens when something is getting old, its made more accessible before no one has any interest in it anymore
so your guild got bored coz its too easy and stopped raiding?...well there are guilds who also got frustrated and stopped raiding because it was too hard.....remember, "its a game, not a job"....so it should be fun...not stressful :)

This is a horrible excuse. People who, after pulling a boss sufficient amounts of time, are still not able to kill a boss. These people do not need nerfs, they either need to get better at the game, or find something else that they are good at. Such as running dungeons or getting achievements.
For example, if you're a soccer player and you can't seem to get enough points to advance a series. Then you either train harder to be able to beat it or you simple acknowledge that you're in the position that you Deserve to be in. You do not expect and external factor should let you experience the same as the people that actually put time and effort into playing the sport.
Reconnecting to my previous point. You can play four hours a week and still be a player worth beating all content. Just because you're one of those that can't take ANY feedback what so ever. Always keeps blaming other things than yourself ("HEY! I have a life, there's no chance I can be as good at this game as the top guilds."). Guess what? You do not have to be as good as the top guilds. You just need to improve with the time you spend on the game and you'll be able to clear any content you please. It's nobody else's fault than exactly yourself that you are a bad player and not able to participate in high end content, given enough time. Without nerfs.

also none of the comment above was regarding me whatsoever, i was simply stating facts...my (main char's) guild is on 6/8hc...and hey! the easier it is, the faster i can go in DS and get out to go partying in the real world (unlike some)...and if i wanted to feel the need that i had achieved something great, it definitely would not be WoW, it would be something much more important in life

Please stop these irritating hard mode nerfs. They are not asked for beyond by a vocal minority. Hell, why not do some customer research for a change and see what the raiding playerbase think on the subject. Or read your own forums.
As for turning off the buff its not really an option as there's still competition between guilds on the server and if they're not using it its a strong disinclination for your own guild. Plus its an all or nothing switch. One cant turn it back down to 15 percent again once it hits 20 percent.
