Scenario Preview Now Live!
You can now read more about the Mists of Pandaria Scenarios feature in our updated expansion preview website! Check out our sneak peek at two of the scenarios you and your friends will be able to play in Mists of Pandaria: A Brewing Storm and Greenstone Village.
What’s a “Scenario”?
Scenarios are short, instanced adventures for three players that directly follow the stories and events in the open world. In a scenario you’ll be presented with a number of goals you need to achieve in order to progress. So instead of “clear trash, kill boss, rinse, repeat”, you will be given objectives you have to complete to move the scenario’s story forward. Yes, that’s right – scenarios are heavily story-driven, much more so than dungeons.

You’ll be able to queue for scenarios, dungeons, raids, and battlegrounds all at the same time in Mists of Pandaria. Scenarios share a common UI with dungeons and raids as part of the Dungeon Finder, and you can check your queue statuses by clicking on the LFD icon next to your minimap.

So the have take thing from other mmo so the are only one doing? hardly everyone do so why should blizzard do?
I think the Scenario well be fun for you dont need class roll like in LFG or LFR so basic found people will alot faster to do :)
Theotaher the only thing that is good with GW2 is you dont have pay month cost you say well have been look at the shop you well spend the money there and beside NO mmo is free for you always have pay real money somewhere i have not yet found a total free mmo for the are not many around and the who is total free is total crap think about that next time you talk about free mmo ;)

Like LFR, was not a bad idea.. take raiding to the masses..Get more people involved in 'End Game' content.. Good in theory but in Cata it didn't work to well.. The gear from lfr was too powerful, meaning that all and everyone ran it to get the set bonuses to try and stay competative. This lead to many problems in LFR with people arguing over loot.. which wasn't helped by the insanely !@#$ loot system in it.. All in all making the player base pretty hostile at times.. Then the fact that it meant people were running LFR AND normal raids on all their chars meant people got sick of DS and WoW in general very quickly too, with some servers becoming quite empty within a month or two..
Lets hope they fix that in MoP and that these new senarios are well balanced and thought out..

i would say in party chat 'ive not done this one before' or to similiar effect and they would be like 'no worries,its just a game' i think that blizzard have done a great job on the visuals.....almost like how one could visualise ancient china being like. loads of people been trying out the pet battles,tho ive not tried it myself yet,and there is alot of daily quests,almost like the rep grind on Burning Crusade

And that is only two rooms with only end boss being in different place.
