Many exciting new mounts will be hitting the skyways and byways of Azeroth when adventurers set sail for Mists of Pandaria on September 25. From Cloud Serpents to Water Striders to your own flying clouds, mount collectors will get to ride off into the sunset on a plethora of exotic rides.

Blizzard just destroy lots of mounts from lots of people, who used paid service, Faction Change (after the patch). So: permanent mounts are not permanent anymore in character point of view. Of course you can "enjoy just all your mounts" as patch notes say, if you never change faction. I hope that all those mounts are unisex (no faction-specific)? :)

Mounts so far look great, each expansion has brought new styles and really looking forward to getting those cloud serpents. One thing I'd love to see is a mount like Appa from avatar (not the blue people), that'd be soooo damn cool to have for this expansion! =)

Yeah, with no more mount achievements to aim for, I have absolutely no intention of farming mounts anymore.

Ever since that community guy (whoever it was) said that there wasn't going to be an achievement, and it "might be time to start thinking about one", I got majorly demotivated.

And it's a shame. I've got nearly 120, and have only been playing for about 6 months. That shows my, now long expired, dedication to getting them.

I do like the idea of "Rare" mounts... but tbh I think the Celestial Dragon looks poo... We have seen too many Celestial mounts now for it to be "wow did you see that?!!" I think the Rare mounts / mount should have its own model and skin. Not re-use an existing model/skeleton and an skin from Algalon.
