Same problem, except im waiting on a faction change... Says mines still pending in the transaction page so not sure whether they finished checking my card yet, although yesterday i transfered realm without no bother and it was like 30 mins work, been waiting on faction for almost 3 hours now, normally its like half an hour so definatly a problem with faction change too.

Ive been waiting for my faction change to go throu three times now, this time it has been stuck on "Pending" for a couple of days, while my friends faction change went through in about 2 hours.

This is very annoying. They charge me before they deliver the service and they do not deliver! I have their confirmation e-mail and I can log on, however, the race change button is not there.

This needs to be fixed right now, or stuff will reflect quite badly upon customer communication and service, not that blizzards reputation for both of those is entirely good.

I guess I can forgive a day of crappness, due to the absoulutely WONDERFUL expansion ^^

i cant say when i havent played yet :S but as i have heard it should be an awsome expansion :)

My friend bought a faction change and when it was completed (toke 2 hours aprox) I signed up for one aswell, but for some reason mine got stuck on "Pending", contacted Account and Billing by phone and they told me to wait two days before contacting them again and I sure did wait, later I got a email from them saying that there had been some kind of a payment issue on their side, since there was no problem with my VISA card nor my bank, anyway they cancelled the faction change for me (STILL HAVENT GOT THE MONEY BACK BLIZZARD!) and told me to set up a new one and then it should work .. . well now its stuck again on "Pending" and has been so now for a couple of days.


This is getting really frustrating, ive emailed blizzard again about it and ive tried to get throu on the phone to Account and Billing but the que wont allow me. I should get the money back for the two faction changes that got cancelled at 8/12 first of all and then they should either arrange so that this faction change that should of worked gets completed or give me the money back for all three of the faction changes since NONE of them has gotten completed!



There is nothing wrong with my bank, Ive got the money on my VISA card and the card does work and is not expired or anything silly like that, I even used it to buy a damn prepaid card from the Blizzard store the other day, so please.. GIVE ME A BLUE POST!
