E X O D U S is a 25man raiding guild on Aggramar. We hope to produce a high-end raiding atmosphere without losing the fun or social aspect of the game. Many of us have been together since TBC and all our members have contributed to our ever-growing progress. E X O D U S as a guild began to show its true colours as one of the best horde guilds mid way through Wrath of the Lich king scoring many Horde firsts and a few server firsts. Our progression has continued to be strong during Cataclysm, staying at a steady server 2nd/3rd during T11. Since Firelands our raiding team has bloomed, leading us to become server 1st for 25man T12 and T13 raiding. To continue our aim of maintaining server first we are in need of a select few individuals who can produce outstanding levels of play but also fit into our very social atmosphere.
Our Raiding Schedule is as follows... All raiding hours are based upon Server time. Sunday: 19:30-23:00 Tuesday: 19:30-23:00 Wednesday: 19:30-23:00 Thursday: 19:30-23:00 All our raiding times are based upon server time and we believe 4/7 raiding days allows us to progress efficiently and allow our normal everyday lives to continue unaffected. Recruitment aims... Shadow Priest - High Arms Warrior - low Balance Druid - High Resto Shaman - High If your class/spec is not listed above then please feel free to apply anyways since we always looking for exceptional players regardless of class/spec. Progression... Dragon Soul 8/8 25man Normal 8/8 25man Heroic (Morchok, Yorsahj, Zon'ozz, Hagara, Ultraxion, Warmaster, Spine, Madness) Firelands 7/7 25man Normal 7/7 25man Heroic (Shannox, Rhyolith, Beth'tilac, Alysrazor, Majordomo, Baleroc, Ragnaros) We expect all our members to maintain high attendance and raid performance on every raid possible. Therefore we require members to attend at least 3 out of 4 raid nights and ask people to bring 100% of their effort to raids as pointless and stupid mistakes lead to wipes and therefore slowing progression. We do however take into consideration Real life problems such as illness and we then only ask to be given notice of your absence. Other qualities we require you to have... Patience- We require our members to have a certain level of patience. So if you intend on stamping your feet and causing drama at wipes etc then this isn’t the place for you. Skilled- We require our members to have a good knowledge of their class but also a good knowledge of boss encounters. This includes a good standard of gear for the current content. Be prepared- We expect all members to bring their own flasks and yes potions too (which we sell cheaply from Gbank). Food is optional as we provide Fish feasts before pulls. Commitment- We like our members to be fully committed to the guild and not just be here for the loot/raid experience. Raiding is mandatory. All members are expected to raid as much as possible. Playing alts or PvP or farming etc will have to be done outside of raids. Everybody has to bring their best performance to the raids. Being late, being unprepared, slacking, excessive afking, not listening, being useless and pointless whining is not tolerated.
