About Objective
Objective is an EU guild on Aggramar, with a forward thinking adventurous raiding community. It was founded in October 2010. Members of this community possess an incredible desire to progress, within a social structure alongside their team mates and friends to enjoy the end game content. At Objective you will find a diverse group of reliable, respectful players that know how to play this game. PVE Raiding is at the top of our priority list and we only raid 10 man’s. Goal We want us to progress like a hardcore guild, but raid as a casual one. What do we expect from you? 1) We expect you to be able to play all of your class's specs at a competitive level and be willing to play any spec we deem to be most beneficial to the raid. Also we want you to have atleast one alt, which you also should be able to play at a competitive level. To be honest we don't call them mains or alts anymore, within Objective you raid with two chararacters. In that way we can be very flexible which classes we can bring to a certain encounter. 2) Our raiding days and times are: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 19.30 - 23.30. With a scheduled break in between of about 10 minutes. Our 'main raids' are scheduled on Wednesday and Thursday. And our 'second raid' is scheduled on Monday. We need people who under normal circumstances can attend all these 3 days. Ofcourse RL happens and we are aware of it. The raids are added at least one week before they actually start. That means you should be able to signup ahead for them, using the in-game calender. 3) Furthermore we are interested in people who sincerely enjoy raiding and commit to it. You show this by coming fully prepared to raids be it consumables, keeping yourself updated with your class's theorycrafting or knowing tactics and class specific tips for an encounter. 4) We also expect you to participate in discussions regarding tactics and other things related to the raid as well as understanding calls during a fight and call things out yourself. 5) More than just good players, we're looking for good people, ones who we will enjoy playing with. Humour, maturity and being easy going are important qualities in this guild. Interested?
