Clarity is a horde guild currently residing at Twisting Nether EU. We are an English speaking guild with players from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Hungary, Dubai, England, Belgium, Holland and single individuals from other countries. We have gone through unsuccessful merge recently and came back to Twisting Nether. With our core intact we are recruiting more quality players to get back to 25 man raiding. If you possess the dedication, experience and gear to be on par or better than our current roster, feel free to apply At the moment we are recruiting: All classes! We are only looking to recruit exceptional players, primarily playing the classes mentioned above. Feel free to send us an application, even if you are not playing any of the needed classes. Clarity was founded in the beginning of TBC, with many of the early members still being part of the guild. It was created on Xavius, a very low populated server with very poor competition and in addition in a very boring battle group. From that time we changed to Ravencrest and then to Neptulon and finally now to Twisting Nether, where we also faction changed to horde. We always manage to stay within or very close TOP world 100 PvE guilds. During progress periods our raiding schedule are planned out like this: Wednesday – 19.30-23.30 Thursday – 19.30-23.30 Friday - Day Off Saturday - Day Off Monday – 19.30-23.30 Tuesday – 19.30-23.30 With everything on farm, our schedule is more flexible, mostly raiding Thursday and Sunday. If you are interested, we expect you to meet the following criteria: Age: You should be at least 18 years old. At rare occasions, exceptions are made if you can convince us you are mature enough and got enough control over your own life. Maturity: In compliance with the above, we expect our members to be mature, and be able to handle constructive criticism. We expect you not to be a loot %!@*@ or a drama queen. Both of these are perfectly good reasons for an immediate guild kick. Raid Attendance: During progress periods we expect you to be able to attend 5 days a week, and keep a raid attendance of at least 90%. During farm periods, we expect you to attend all raids, which based on former experience is 2-3 days a week. If you cannot keep this attendance, this guild is not for you. Raid Performance: If we accept you into the guild, you should be able to play competitively with other players in the guild. Whether it is as dps, healer or tank, you are expected to perform equally or better to the other players of the guild. Former Experience: We are looking for players with full or nearly full experience in tier 11. Sinestra down is very big plus. Your Gear:We expect you to be geared in full 520 ilevel gear or close to that. The better the gear, the better your chance is of getting accepted. If you are playing a hybrid class and happen to have (raid viable) gear for multiple specs, you should inform us about it. Class Knowledge: A very good knowledge and understanding of your class and boss mechanics is required. Basic things like “DWAGON MAEK FIRE FROM MOUTH” are not enough. Communication:You must have a microphone and be able to speak on ventrilo. We expect you to speak English on a level that is understandable for everyone. You are expected to be able to pass on information verbally before, during and after fights, just like you are expected to listen carefully to the officers.
