The new cataclysm head enchants require revered with factions to buy, luckily they are accountbound, and can therefor be sent to alts.
When i gave 1 to my alt i still couldnt use it tho, my alt also needs to be revered..... Is this a bug? Because the account bound is rather strange if it's not. |

I just came here to make a post about it, im glad you did it.
Why the hell are those bind to ACCOUNT, when only my main can use them recently? And one more thing, dont wanna make another post: Justice points are a joke. This is the third week and im already capped and can't spend it on anyting usefull. Put in gems or make those 346 crapy stuffs bind to account, i got 8 char at lvl80, dont wanna farm HC's with all of them just for some gear, meanwhile i waste tons of those points on my main evry day. |

This is currently under investigation.
It is not yet known whether the Bind on Account should be removed, or the reputation for using the enchant. But they are looking into it. After all, a bit pointless having a BOA item that also requires the rep to use, if you had the rep on the character you would simply buy it :) As soon as the decision is made as to the true intention of this item, a change will be made in a future patch. |

Greetings, Jessey. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
As mentioned by Shammoz, this is indeed a known issue and not intentional. A fix for this is on it's way, and will make it so that the use of the arcanum doesn't have any reputation requirement. In order words, it will work as you originally hoped and allow you to buy them for alts. Hope that helps. :) |
