[Guide] Your magic is, once again, mine! Spellstealing.

I always like to spellsteal the 2 cats at the trash pack right before Majordomo Staghelm in Firelands. Doing this causes you to stun yourself and freeing the cats from theirs.
Why I would do this? Because I can. |

Of course you could just get magenuggets which tells you whenever there is a spell that can be stolen on your target or focus :D

It was great that this thread came up again ,because i did n't even know that i had such a spell.I use it all the time now.Have a question about how much other people use it in BG's.I decided to go back to these basically to have fun with spell steal (last one was AB with 21 steals) & find that i am generally ending up in the top 3 or 4 wrt killing blows, dps,damage done.Is it coincidence or am i just an op'd Mage in PVe gear?

That earthquack spell from the troll dungs steal it slap the mob with your staff / sword / dagger and see them drop dead in big aoe.

Spellsteal is best for PvP against Priests or Paladins. It can enable you to steal bubbles and many self buffs from the other class. It is used by many players it seems, before MoP patch. used to have my ice barrier stolen by many fire mages.
