[A] Act IV preparing for MoP / 7/7 hc FL, 8/8 hc DS

Act IV is a small 10-man raiding guild and was founded just prior to the cataclysm by an experienced group of friends. Our goal in Act IV is simple; to maintain the spirit and friendships of a close knit group whilst progressing through end game content.
Tier 13 8/8 heroic Tier 12 7/7 heroic Tier 11 13/13 heroic Recruiting We are currently not recruiting any specific class, but exceptional applications are allways welcome! We raid 4 times a week, usually Wed/Thurs, Sun/Mon with Fridays and Saturdays always free. Raids run from 20:00-00:00 and occasionally, we will extend raids beyond the official raid times or add an additional raid day if we are closing in on a progression kill. What we are looking for in an applicant: • To have your gear to as high a standard as possible before applying. • All members must have at least 75% raid attendance. • For you to be forward thinking and research bosses prior to a raid. • Be able to fund yourself for repairs, flasks, potions and food buffs (the guild does fund some of these but it's important to be prepared). • Actively speak during raids as raid leadership is shared. As a guild, we are fairly unique in the sense that although we have a raid leader, we do not have a traditional hierachy within the guild consisting of officers and class leaders. This is because we are a tight team who discuss tactics and make decisions together, and because of that, we want our raiders to be competent enough not to need constant instruction and strict rules. Being a relatively small guild, we are all quite close friends; this means that you will have to be quite a sociable person to fit in. In addition, although we do not have a rule on the age of our members, we do expect everyone to be mature and responsible whilst under our guild tag.
