Cataclysm experience is one thing we look at, but also your experience from earlier expansions.
Missing the mondays raid is rather crucial as we already got one or two running late on that day. We have also decided to open recruitment for another tank. The ability to play a dps offspec aswell as main spec is a huge plus. |
