Hello, we're I like toast! We formed our guild when almost everyone migrated off the server and are now actively raiding 10 mans, aiming to work as efficiently possible as a guild, offering a serious and social raiding environment. We speak english and currently fit 8 nationalities in our 12 man roster.
Our goal is to progress at a high level, without going so far as to call ourselves hardcore. We raid about three evenings a week. Therefore, we are looking for players with plenty raiding experience who are able to both perform great individually, make decisions for themselves and adapt to different raid situations, but also work well within a group. Also, it will be expected from you that you do everything you can to assist our raids - bring your consumables, prepare for a new encounters and most importantly, play your class well. You should have experience with at least 6/7 on normal mode (prior raiding experience is also valued), or at least extensive knowledge and/or some kind of experience with the mechanics of all current raidcontent. We currently have two official raid days, wednesday and sunday, but during progression it's not uncommon for us to put in more. Recruitment is currently closed for most classes. Anyone interested in progression raiding is of course welcome to apply and will be considered, but we're primarily looking for the following classes: - 1 feral druid (tank), preferably with a resto/balance offspec Having a viable offspec is not a necessity, but helps alot, considering the different tank/healer requirements for Firelands encounters.
