Thanks for useful macros :) is there spammable Stealth macro? so i can press it to restealth as fast as i get out of combat.

not sure are these posted on here allready, but here is some that helped to improve my game play atleast (these are picked from other forums, arena junkies, skill-capped, asked few mateys etc)

This macro targets ur focus target redirects your existing combo points from your current target and sets your focus as your new target and your target as your new focus

Basic sap macro, someone might got better ones,

/cast [target=X] Tricks of the trade

basic TOTT macro, replace x with your partner's name


/cast [@focus,mod:shift][]Shadowstep

this for example if you press this it will shadowstep your current target, but if your holding shift while pressing it it attempts to shadowstep on your focused target, you can replace shadowstep with kick, dismantle, gouge,blind etc etc

/focus [nomod, @arena1]
/focus [mod:shift, @arena2]
/focus [mod:ctrl, @arena3]

this is really useful on arena, when you press this, it sets focus on 1st enemy you see on that "list", when you press shift, sets focus on 2nd player, and when you press ctrl sets focus on 3rd player

Is it possible to make a macro that:

Shift+TAB = targeting arenaenemy 1 and set arenaenemy 2 on focus,
Ctrl+TAB = targeting arenaenemy 2 and set arenaenemy 1 on focus.

I would find that very useful!

Could somebody help me with this macro. I am trying to make one that casts Blind on the target that I have on focus only if I have nothing else targetted. If I have targetted something else it should cast the blind on it.

EDIT: Here is the macro I came up with after a bit of playing with the script:

Right im looking for site where I can learn macros for my class, I know how to type /2 WTS, but when it comes to multiable lines of /cast I kinda get lost with brackets and modifiers.

I've been working to try to make a macro i would find usefull in 2v2. If you could get a macro that target focus, cast redirect then cast kidney, and then end out with a target last target again it would be amazing usefull. I've tried some myself but didn't work i tried this:

/target focus
/cast redirect
/cast kidney shot
/cleartarget
/targetlasttarget

It was something like that, maby I've written something wrong here but in the macro I know it was correct.

/cast clock of shadows
/cast vanish

Since I've picked up again my rogue and started doing loads of pvp, including arena my macros have changed loads, I even started using [mod] condition so i keep everything and all keybinded and in just a click away

click button = shadowstep target or shadowstep if doing mouseover on another target, this in pvp spec, if pve spec will activate killing spree
button+alt = shadowmeld followed by stealth hitting button again. the ! is to make sure I stay in stealth (extra vanish ftw)
button+ctrl = shiv
button+shift = deadly throw if CPs available, normal throw if no CPs

click button = cloak
button +alt = Combat readiness
button +shift = Preparation if pvp spec AR if pve spec

Had also smoke bomb in this one with ctrl mod but its now in a separate macro so i can /party warn but it gets a abit spammy and hard to know if 2nd one was used :-/ Would be nice if RSA addon included it

/dismount
/cast [stealth] Premeditation;
/cast [stealth] Cheap Shot;
/cast [nostance] Stealth; [stance:2]Shadow Dance; Cheap Shot
will get you dismounted if mounted and quickly into stealth
if already stealthed or after getting stealhed it use premed if available and will cheap shot target
it will also cheap shot if in shadowdance but without premed (cant get premed to work with shadowdance)

/cast [nostance] Gouge; [stance:2]Shadow Dance; Cheap Shot
will use Cheap Shot instead of gouge if in shadowdance (5 energy saved)

using a couple more but or they simple ones and/or already in this thread

ty guys i am just leveling a rogue and it is quite awsome

especialy the sap macro and theshadowstep macro

a min ago a pally and warrior were on me i just shadowstepped to the player i had in focus and bam i was away form the warrior and pally and killed the warlock ;-)

How do you use them? Especially the first one???

is there any way something like this would work:

if you're behind your target /cast backstab
if you're infront of your target /cast hemorrhage

I would need macro that does this:

Lets say I have all CD's, so when I press this macro that it uses Sprint and Vanish, and when I press it Second time that it uses Preparation, and when I press it Third time that it uses only Vanish (again).

Anyone knows how to setup this?

One thing though, how can I bind the target enemy player macro to my tab key, without binding the tab key to an action bar slot and putting the macro there?

You can try an addon - "Bindpad" . Very useful, used it earlier, when there was no possibility to make binds.
