What does peel mean?

Helping your teammates in arena or anywhere else by slowing or CC'ing opponents.

Lowering pressure on your partners or yourself by slowing/stunnning/disarming/silencing/anything the enemy DPSers

Ok you're my dps I am your healer, you do not let their dps bloody me you freeze them up and get them off my back. Same with flag carriers etc, your job as dps is pretty much kill and peel and everyone should be trying to stall the healers, which they don't.

Think of bananas. You peel the skin off from the banana. Let's say that the skin is doing a lot of damage on the banana, so you need to get rid of it. Thus you peel the skin(dps) off from the banana(healer).
That's peeling for you. |
