Emerald Dawn was formed more than three years ago, growing from its foundations as a social guild to become increasingly successful in 10 man raiding. In WotLK we began to tackle hardmodes and cleared up to LK hc on a light raiding schedule of two nights per week. Now, with Cataclysm taking 10 mans seriously at last, we are pleasantly surprised to find ourselves as the fastest-progressing guild on the server - 12/12 normal and 2/13 heroic in less than two months of raiding.
We have once again opened our doors and are recruiting for our push further into heroics. We are specifically looking for a decent warrior or druid tank and a resto shaman or a holy priest with previous or current hardmode experience, but any exceptional applicants will be taken into serious consideration. What we require of you is an in-depth knowledge of your class, to show up on time fully prepared for raids and a personality that fits in with the guild atmosphere. Hi!
I am kinda new to tanking and i wud like to have a fun raid guild with serious visions about how far we can get as a raid grp. I am not used to the Hm's but i can play my class because i have played dk in about 1 year as dps and hade 10/12 in icc 10 man only in pugs thou. I have now considered the possibility to join a raid grp as tank or dps that depends what you would need me as most, i will always show up and be ready for raiding, i can tacts for BwD bosses and some of the BoT bosses. i would prefer a secondary 10 man grp to start with. |

It's ok, I'm here, I'm better than this Sarkoid character no problem. Is that Karahzan's former worst frost mage, by the way? What are you doing on Stormreaver :S
Update: we're 3/13, but I don't think we can brag about being fastest-progressing guild any more. Currently taking a break of a couple of weeks from serious raiding. We'd still be very interested in any good tank applications, and, as always, if you're really awesome at what you do then we'd love to hear from you no matter your class and spec. |

Moved on to be the realms worst frost DK though. Figures, right? :> Karazhan was getting dull so I've mostly been playing with pals on Stormreaver since ICC came out. |

The break is over and we're still looking for a tank, and now a dps as well.
Our preferences are for a Bear Druid or a Warrior tank and an Elemental Shaman or a Demonology Warlock. All applications will be looked at and have a reasonable chance of being accepted if we like your app as well as you. We found a tank! And also we're 6/13 now. But we're still looking for a ranged dps and now a healer too.
