About Phase
Phase is a 10man raiding guild which was formed in January 2010. Our roster consists of players that have raided together since TBC through to WOTLK and now Cata. We aim to complete all content to the highest level and achievements in raids.

We raid 3 nights with an optional night (Thursday) if we are close to a new kill and raiders wish to raid.
Our raid times are (in server time); 20:00-23:30 with a break, we raid Wednesday, Sunday and Monday with the optional Thursday raid.


What we can offer you

A good atmosphere in raids and out of raids in the guild.

Effective use of raid time, we only raid 3 confirmed nights so time is precious to get those new kills.

Rewards from raiding achievements and guild achievements as well as normal guild perks.

A small raiding rooster, which means benching will be rare, but as many have said, 10man heroic bosses do require a near perfect raid composition to defeat it or make it simpler.

Guild Cauldrons and Fish Feast available.

What we expect from you:

Previous raiding experience.

At least heroic tier progress and appropriate gear

Serious attitude to raiding, and to be able to work as a team unit and not as a individual unit while in a raid.

Being prepared and ready for the raids, knowing new mechanics for bosses to reduce time explaining, and increase time getting a kill.

Stable computer and internet connection.
