About Immersion We are a guild created by several real-life and WoW friends in the beginning of Cataclysm, with an aim to create a friendly but dedicated environment to reach for the top. Maintaining an easy raid schedule, our goal is to achieve much with less. The creators of the guild have a wide range of gaming experience, ranging from FPS to MMO, and from Zul'Gurub to Heroic Icecrown Citadel. Some of us have extensive experience as a leading position in many games, but mainly WoW. Raiding efficiently, actively and prepared, our aim is to end up high, while maintaining a 4-day raiding schedule at most. We feel that raiding is determined by quality, not quantity. By finding the right players, we hope to achieve a lot with the easy schedule, but strict policy. Our raiding times are Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday from 19:15 till 23:00, we might extend raiding times if we are close to a kill or need to make up lost time. In 4.2 we managed to progress ahead of every other guild on Bladefist and achieve rank #1 on the server and world rank #306 overall. We have maintained realm first position easily in 4.3 and aim to remain doing this in the future. In Mists of Pandaria we aim to maintain a decent world ranking while keeping the same raiding schedule of 4 raids a week. We aim for a top 200 spot in all tiers of MoP. To achieve this we are looking for motivated, dedicated and skilled players with a passion for raiding that want to be a part of a great community and help us achieve our goals in MoP. What we are looking for We are looking for players that: - Always want to improve their game-play, gear and spec and strive to be the best. - Know their class and game mechanics. - Are able to receive criticism and don't make drama. - Can focus during progress and farm. - Maintain an attendance of at least 80%. - Have respect towards other people. - Have humour and are social. - Have a passion for raiding and PvE in general.What you can expect from us - Friendly and relaxt atmosphere. - A community that doesn't only play WoW together but also a lot other games. - A guild that strives to belong to the best and is working towards better rankings every new content patch. - Stokkeren Recruitment Any class will be considered, as great players are always welcome. At the moment we are especially looking for: 2 Ranged DPS Especially a Shadow Priest and Warlock. 1 Healer Monk / Priest We encourage skilled and experienced players to apply regardless of class/spec. Keep in mind we will seriously concider every class in order to fill the ranks and we value skill and personality higher than gear, during farm periods gear is not an issue. A good alt is a great plus to any apply, in 10 man we might need someone to play his/her alt in a progress or farm raid.
