[A] Unnatural recruiting for 4.3 and the Dragon Soul

We are now looking to recruit more healers and DPS in preparation for 4.3 and the new Dragon Soul raid, which we are aiming to clear and then get working on the heroic modes. We have been raiding since mid TBC and thus that is our main focus.
What are we looking for in an applicant? - Gear doesn't matter much, it's so easily fixed right now. - Previous raid experience is important and the more you've been raiding before the better. - Have the right attitude, strive to always become better and perform at your best in every raid encounter. - Be motivated to kill new bosses. - Have a decent connection, we don't want people chain-dcing when we are working new content. - A good sense of humour, we are a funny bunch. Right now we are specifically looking for the following classes, however we are always taking exceptional applicants into consideration: Restoration Druid Balance Druid Holy Paladin We are currently 7/7 down in Firelands 25 man and 7/7 down in Firelands 10 man.
