New Guild wanting all levels and classes.

Hello all, I have just started a new guild - Vendetta, I am hoping to be a very fun, social guild focused mainly on the end game raids 10 and 25 man, also heroics etc. I not interested in being too strict i just want a fun atmosphere for everybody to have fun and get good gear.
I'm thinking about raiding 2 times a week once things are up and going. I am not saying I have vast experience in raiding (last time i raided was in Kara) I'm just looking for like minded people who want to be part of something that can be great, and help us grow into something we can all be proud of, also have fun and get good gear in a relaxed environment. Which I think is all things that are fun about WoW I'm looking for all levels and classes for now and just would like to get people talking and mixing so we can level up together, do instances together in preparation for end game stuff.
