You're doing something very wrong, and if you have 4k resilience I do not believe he 2hit you, even without any resilience a rogue couldn't 2hit you.

With Berserking buff, Resilience nerf and 2200 weapons, a rogue might actually be able to nuke a Shaman out of cooldowns from 100% to 0%.

I can imagine the OP having placed Earth Shield on someone else, rogue starts on him, garrote, etc, the usual deal, and destroys him.

Rogue does not 2hit anyone berserker buff or not, no resilience or 4k resilience. Does not happen.

Ive seen a few posts on AJ suggesting that rogues are bugged atm - sometimes, their attacks just completely ignore resiliance, must like current Unstable Affliction and apparently Mind Blast too. That may be the cause of your problem.

Rogues are easy to get away from, quite easy infact.

The main thing you need to focus on is dotting them. Rogues tend to attack when you're unaware, so you should be aware and always cast your CDs. It's actually possible to survive a rogue on enhancement shaman, and here are a few tips:

1. When you get sapped, obviously you shouldn't panic, just let the time flow because the rogue will expect you to break it so he can go to the next part. Infact, rogues are quite afraid of attacking other players because they don't know what the opponent is thinking of doing next. Quite frankly rogues are one of the weakest classes on WoW and that's why they psychologically have this common belief to sap first. So, don't use the trinket when you get sapped.

2. After you're alive, pop Stoneclaw totem THEN an earthbind totem THEN Shamanistic Rage. Try and get away from the rogue as much as possible. Make sure you have frostbrand as your offhand imbue, forget about Flametongue atm.

3. The rogue will obviously disappear, and that's why before going anywhere you must apply Flame Shock. After doing so, I think you should pop your totems because this is when the fight really begins. The Flame dots will break the rogue's stealth and you will then unleash your wolves on the rogue, try bashing him to stun him for a little while.

4. Slow him with Frostbrand, use Unleashed Elements and all that. If he stuns you, trinket; and ALWAYS use Shamanistic Rage when it's off CD.

Sometimes a rogue has got a little luck on them and decides to jump on you again by using cloak and invisibility then starting the fight again. Okay, fair enough - if they use their CDs, it's high time to start using your CDs too. Rogues tend to avoid using these CDs because they want to make sure they are going to kill you without them, because they have this mental adrenaline that because they are an advantageous class they can defeat anyone regardless. This is frankly wrong since the tactics used by the rogue are quite simple but very chief in their attraction towards defeating an opponent. Therefore, if a rogue uses invisibility, you should stop where you are and let the rogue come to you.

NOTE: Do NOT pop Fire Elemental/Earth Elemental/Heroism or any of that when the rogue is invisible; he/she can simply wait until they are gone and then jump on you. Use them AFTER the rogue uses invisibility/cloak.

By the time the rogue uses his/her next CD, you can repeat the first few steps again because by then the CDs on feral spirit should be worn out.

Please remember to always dot the rogue because they hate it very much. Also, think of our Earthbind Totem also as our Cleansing Totem (pre-cata style) because Earthbind (talented) also dispels poisons from us which slow us. Also, if you're a dwarf shaman, you can use Stoneform to get rid of the poisons.

Also, try glyphing Shamanistic Rage to purge all debuffs etc. I personally have a 50 50 chance of killing a rogue, but it's not that easy because you never know what a rogue has up their sleeve. :-P

This is my PoV from a resto shaman in arena.

Before the patch I could survive rogues, not "easy" but was no major problem if they didnt have another dps with them to run me over.

I'm doing arena with a arms warrior, and usually I can survive alone. But after patch I been soloed by rogues :(

I fake cast I am sure of it because I see the animation but still I get pwnd.
