Greetings Darkmoon Faire. My name is Ward'an, and I'm here to talk to you about the guild <Liberated>.
Guild Info:
We are also in the process of setting up a second group which currently has managed to complete 10/12 for tier 11, and seems to be improving every week. Right now this group consists of some mains and some alts, and raids 2 nights a week on monday and tuesday. We are recruiting more mains for this group and trying to reduce the amount of alts. When this group has enough mains the goal is for it to raid 2-4 nights, maybe on the same nights as the first group. OUR FIRST GROUP IS NO LONGER RECRUITING (Except for special exceptions) WE ARE MAINLY RECRUITING TO BUILD UP OUR SECOND GROUP. WHO we're looking for:
Having previous raiding experience and good gear will help, but it is not a necessity. You need to know how to play your class and make sure you stay up to date with how to do so. You also need to be someone who comes to raids prepared which includes knowing your tactics. WHAT we're looking for:
Ranged DPS: We are looking for any skilled ranged DPS classes except for warlocks. Tanks: Preferably Feral. There are exceptions to the rules and sometimes we will be interested in an application even if it's for a role that we didn't want. The classes that we are looking for can and probably will change quite a lot to meet the current demand. Updated some info in the thread. Added the part about rated BG's. Updated our progression to include a new heroic boss defeated earlier tonight. Updated our guild level. Updated the part about what classes we're looking for. etc. |

Update on what's new. Had our first attempts on Maloriak and Atramedes HC on Wednesday. Atramedes we didn't spend much timeon, focus was on Maloriak. I think it went pretty well considering the lack of a frost priest/hunter/warrior tank to slow the adds. Improved as the night went on and hopefully we'll get the bugger down soon. (y)
Recruitment situation has changed a tad. Will update the main post about it too. We are looking for the following. Healers: Resto Druids, Resto Shamans OR Holy Paladins. Ranged DPS: Any. Tank: Preferably Feral. Also Ding, glevel 22 :) |

Update! Now 3/13 HC after getting Atramedes Heroic down. Also guild level 23. We now have a Rated BG night every friday night atm which has been quite successful, and an unsaved/alts/socials raid on tuesday which gets down whatever it can with the people available (this week it was halfus/valiona+theralion/ascentdant council and cho'gal).
The rated BG night and the unsaved/alts/socials run night are completly optional. You don't have to sign up for them but they're there if you're interested in that. The nights that we do these events may be changed and we may add an additional night for the unsaved/alts/socials raid, as 3 hours isn't really enough to do everything that the group is capable of. |

We were in pretty big need of some good ranged dps. We are still always looking for some good ranged dps however the balance on what we need has shifted more towards the healers. Mainly looking for some good active Resto Druids, Resto Shamans and/or Disc priests. Especially resto druids.
