Malpractice is currently recruiting exceptional players to continue our progress in Cataclysm. We are at the moment a 10 man guild, with mainly swedish players (recruitment open to anyone), but we are open to expand to a 25m raid group. Our current progression is 9/12 normal mode.
We are currently looking for:
Mages Warlocks What are we wanting from the applicant? We are always on the look for exceptional players to add to our roster. However, you don't just have to be exceptional, we also value:
Commitment Low-drama attitude Team work above all else. If you feel you fit into all of the above, you might find a good place in Malpractice. What can we offer the applicant? What Malpractice can offer you as an applicant is a solid and friendly group of people, with minimal to no drama. We also offer you:
A friendly and mature atmosphere both in- and outside of raiding hours Good friends to talk about, just about anything . What to think about before applying to Malpractice We do require the applicant to go through the full recruitment process. This includes writing a detailed application at our website, an interview, and a short trial period, should we invite you to our guild. If you are not willing to put the effort into doing these things, then we are most likely not the guild you are looking for. Should you put in the effort to follow the recruitment process, understand that if you get invited, you will most likely be on the bottom of the ladder. We do however try to work in new recruits wherever possible. You will have to prove yourself where ever you can, and we will make sure you get the opportunity to do so. We cannot guarantee a main raider spot as soon as you get into the guild, but just being available during a raid night shows that you are willing to put the effort in, and will make the process of getting that main raider spot much shorter. What to think of if/when you get invited We do require you to have a few addons, basic addons for most raiders. What we aquire you to have is Deadly Boss Mods, that is it. However, we expect you to have a clutter free UI so you can pay attention to your surroundings. We also require you to follow our policies, and respect our loot system. The EP/GP lootsystem Malpractice uses the EP/GP lootsystem, which awards you for effort put into the guild and raids. EP (Effort Points) is awarded for being on time, downing bosses, and other stuff that shows your effort. GP (Gear Points) is given whenever you get a gear piece for your main spec. To determine who gets a gear piece there is a priority list (PR). What PR does is that it divides your EP (Effort Points) by your GP (Gear Points). So every time you get a piece of gear for your main spec, your priority drops, giving other a shot at getting a gear piece. How to apply So how do you apply to Malpractice? Simple, you visit our website at http://malpractice.webs.com, read up on our policies, and recruitment sections, then go on to do the application on our forums. If you have any questions feel free to ask us in this thread, or poke our officers in game: Sàeth - Guild Leader, and Melee DPS role officer Niphe - Ranged DPS role officer Bírgitta - Healing role officer Wazé - Tanking role officer |

Hello Shattered Hand. We are opening recruitment for everyone.
What we especially are looking for at this moment to continue 10 man progress however are the following:
Hunters Rogues Warlocks Enhancement Shaman But as said, we are opening recruitment for everyone (means basically all classes and specs) to start with 25 man raiding from here on. We expect you to be geared, be gemmed, enchanted etc. etc. As we are approaching heroic modes now and also Firelands is around the corner, we want the best people that we can get. Be prepared to put your best effort out there, or otherwise you won't make it. People with bad attitude will not stick long. With that said, please go to our website and make an apply or whisper any officer in game (officers of note is listed in the original post, as well as the link to our website). /Sàeth |
