That's not the case for me, but at the moment, the topics like achievements, professions, etc aren't very interesting, since they don't add much to the game, so I don't ask questions or vote up. Just reading the answers to those topcis is ok for me. But I'm looking forward to ask the devs getting back to more interesting topics like class balance, new zones, 5mans, battlegrounds, raids, new content general, new ideas to add to the game, etc I'll definitely ask questions and upvote on them again |

Barely anyone is not a synonym for nobody. Even if they are few it is fair that they get their chances to get some answers.
I believe those polls are done to see if the two regions feel more or less the same "game issues", and pinpoint what should gain a priority, thus it is not the total number of votes that counts, but the trend. Not voting is like saying "there is nothing that we think needs to get fixed urgently or developed before other projects". |

Voted. Actually I started from the Blue reply cut point and started going backwards towards page one, voting for those things that even remotedly appeared to be interesting, which was quite a bit in the end. I saw this too late to ask questions, either about professions in general or related to a specific profession...but not too late to vote.
Ah, well. I suppose this profession specific Ask the Devs will come around in the future, too. |
Yes well one of the key aspects of the Ask the Devs is the rather fast turnaround from posting questions and then reading the answers. If it wasn't like that you could end up seeing outdated responses, for example. The questions might have been relevant or even urgent when asked, but when the answers came in delayed they're no longer useful for you to read. So we want the back and forth of the questions and answers to be as quick as humanly possible. So yeah, that currently means there's a rather tight window for posting up your questions. One has to keep one's eyes peeled! :P Yeah it could well do. There's only so many topics, and we may want to look at repeating some after a while as no doubt the landscape can change and new questions can arise. |

Not surprised the EU forums get less input in the form of votes. I don't know about everyone, but I do know that these forums feel less like an interaction with Blizzard than the US forums do. It feels like a site that has a lot of one way traffic, regardless of occasional threads like "Ask the devs". If it wouldn't cost me money I'd make an account on the US forums instead, that's much more of a community than the EU forums will ever be as long as it's being run the way it is. Quite frankly: if it weren't for the Ask the devs threads, I'd point out that there is no real communication between Blizzard and the community whatsoever, as most of what the CM's say are "empty" words that people in the community could have come up with too.

What would you expect, since US will always be the center of attention for Blizzard - and they'r HQ is there also. Not saying in a bad way. |

Well no not really Blizzard styles itself and attempts to operate as a global company. If you only really interact with customers from one country when you want to be a global company, you won't remain a global company for very long. |

Yes I feel Europe will always come second to the US in Blizzard eyes.
Why are there shows always in the US when there suppose to be global company ? Do they have the same waiting times as we do when they open an in game ticket ? Makes you wonder how Blizzard compares Europe to the US are they treated the same ? From what am reading it seems not. |

I always try to vote, however, I must admitt that with people asking questions before reading previous ones ask the same thing over and over again it becomes quite hard to go thru so many pages - I gues that's why mostly first questions are upvoted.
