I'll leave this short to stop things from getting too complicated.

Normally i've focused on the PVE aspect of the game, but i'm looking to start getting into some serious PVP Content, as such i'd like to level a new alt, but i'm also confused as to which class would be the most ideal to start up.

I'm stuck deciding between a Warrior, mage & rogue, though i'm not sure what else would be viable.

Basically i want to feel as if i'm contributing more to the team than another class, i'm a bit of an ego hog. Of course this means that it can be with large damage output, CC's or Heals, i'd prefer to stray away from the healing aspect though.

Mage or Rogue. They are both a bit of ego classes. Good damage and good cc.

Otherwise warlock could be a class for you, as it does nice damage, good cc and works with many setups for arena.

If you want huge damage, go for Frost Dk/Warrior/Hunter/Warrior/Ret Paladin/Shadow Priest(when bursting).

p.s. it's not a mistake saying warrior twice.

I was thinking of going for a DK, probably blood for PVE and Frost for PVP/PVE, but they're quite "FOTM" and i don't want to be seen as an FOTM Reroller.

Might I suggest, the current monthly flavor, the frost DK

Doesn't matter what you choose, if you win something you're a FotM reroller, if you lose you're a noob.

Roll anything except hunter.

Rogue, those guys were never EVER in a horrible shape.

U probably can't go wrong with a DK/Mage/Lock

Balance Druid no doubt

Multi role class IMO, can get quite boring playing 3 specs which do pretty much the same thing.

Elemental shaman no doubt.

On EotS they actually are, so many people will stand by the edges time and time again.

Could go mage, if you RoF at the right time it can be pretty game breaking, and people will notice it, naturally rogues for smokebomb and stuff too.

I'd say just play what you want, most classes can pull off good feats.
