It's more like: you're forced to down 5 raidbosses each week to keep your random dungeon queue option open.
As you're basically forced to play higher lvl to maximise lowel level ... wich is basically what is allready happening to conquest points.
But PvE does not give a sh!t about ur gear.
PvP does a lot more, so if you can't do your rBG in the week, you fall behind gearwise, and you'll end up in a circle downward towards your arena rating.

It gives 2/3's the CP of rbg's, its not that bad..
