World of Warcraft®

I've got this very, very annoying problem where my computer freezes everytime I'm trying to start minecraft / wow (If I'm not letting the launcher load for about ten seconds) / cs and LoL.
It'd probably freeze if there was any other games on my comp but these are the ones that I'm sure about.
These are my specs, and yeah, I know they're lame.

Computer: HP M9573sc
CPU: Intel quad core Q8200 @ 2.33ghz
Grapics: Nvidia GeForce GT 130
System type: 64bit
Ram memory: 4gb

I don't think it's heat related because I put my computer next to an open window without one of the "walls" on so the fans were "free".

As it's crashing when you load games I'd assume that the graphics card is whats giving you grief. Or does it crash when you're just using the OS too?

Try the usual stuff like reloading the drivers and re-seating the card in the machine. If it always crashes on startup its unlikely to be heat related.

I've been having this issue for like 3 months or something and yesterday I decided to try and reinstall wow just to try it. And guess what? Now the computer works %##!in fine.. I'm so pissed at myself for not doing it earlier..

Ah great! Does a reinstall of minecraft fix that too?

Actually the reinstallation of WoW fixed every single freeze problem. Even the ones that could happen when I started the comp. They all were these strange freezes where I couldn't move the mouse or do anything but my mic and sound worked. :S
