in 4.2 they're getting nerfed. they're getting a casting time on ring of frost.
believe it or not, most mages claim that to be the most unfair nerf ever, while it's actually just a small nerf. but you gotta start nerfing somewhere :) also, (assuming you play PvP on that rogue) try to force his tricks. make the frost mage waste his moves. make good use of vanish and blind. what I usually try is opening with cheap shot. they blink out, then blind, they trinket. by then you're already next to him and you have already started attacking. he ice blocks, you vanish and reopen when he gets out. something like that. (though I play combat, better combo's may be available with sub/sin). |

Yes we are OP, nerf Icelance revert RoF and make DF put a 5 second CD on RoF.
Remove blanket siliences. |
