No. Just no. Cross-realm dungeons is a brilliant idea, but making it a premium-based service? NOT a good idea.
And you're seriously wondering why subs are declining lately? Really. |
Wow. Really, this is pathetic. Apparently 11.4 million subscribers paying €13/month isn't enough to cover the costs that come with this basic feature (namely grouping with friends for dungeons). You keep yelling that social gaming is the future, yet you ask even more money from your subscribers to actually allow them access to these social features. Oh well, I guess this is your way to make up for the thousands of players that cancel their subscription each day. Greedy pigs. |

i will not play a subscription based game with ingame premium features
im okay with useless pets - im even okay with charged mobile access - but this is an ingame feature (one which is absolutly neccessary to improve questionable expirience of the lfg system) and thats where i draw my (personal) line i really hope that more people think this way, so that you can reconsider |

"Oh hey guys, we realised nobody really subscribed to the current mediocre remote features, so we'll just keep rolling more integral stuff into the extra subscription until you all do :D"

The end of wow is here.
-600k subs, blizz wants money. Jezus christ... 800 milion dollars made last year out of a video game and still want to sell premium services. Well i'm basically going to lol at everyone with this service. I will literaly piss my pants everytime i see someone stupid enough to pay for a subscription paid game. Dissapointed. |

Premium service. Wait, What? Not sure if serious. This is a cool feature, there is no denying that, totally allowing for a more enjoyable experience, but what happened to the Blizzard who would introduce this feature for free as a quality of life upgrade, Oh, Wait, they merged with Activision and lost 5% of their subscribers. In before paying for Hierloom transfer from realm to realm and allowing cross faction mail as a premium service. |
|
Seriously blizzard *@!%ing golddiggers you are alredy rich enough stop letting people pay for everything ... i would not even pay 0.01$ for this feature + some people dont got credit cards so there is NO way to play woth ur other irl friends then ... fffs golddiggers

Fantastic idea, ruined by 'premium'.
Really Blizzard? I get that it cost money to program and produce, but so do major content patches and you don't charge us extra for that. And I find it hard to believe that you can implement this but not cross realm BoAs. |

But guys, you're forgetting about the other convenience- and connectivity-oriented features that Blizzard made, like Recruit-A-Friend, look at the future possibilities!:
If your friend buys World of Warcraft and pays a month of gametime then we owe Blizzard 12,99€ as compensation for letting us play together. If your friend buys 2 months of gametime, then we also owe Blizzard a mount, again for letting us play together. |

I honestly hope that this feature will not be a "premium" feature, because in the case that this will be a paid feature I cannot see many people wanting to use it, while the few who are willing to spend that little extra cash, gains a huge community-wise bonus by being able to play with their friends, even if they are on another server.
Blizzard, you cannot add anymore extra payment features into World of Warcraft, I already think it is too much that you ask us to pay for server transfers if we want to play with our friends, but paying an additional fee to become a "premium" account is simply taking it too far. Unless you at the same time lower the subscription fee, I cannot see how anyone in their right mind could see this as a good idea. Blizzard might not consider this feature very important, but from the response I have seen thus far, the players really want this feature, but they do not want to pay more than they already pay. I honestly hope that this post is a mistake and that the final "product" of cross-realm play, isn't a premium service. |

Didnt Blizz already lose 600k accounts because Cataclysm is worse then anyone expected .... Well good job Blizzard get ready to lose some more subscribers if you are going to push this through...
Soon they will start charging you money for having a guild membership |
|
This is just sad. Blizzard have stated since the release of the game that you won't be able to buy advantages ingame, this is not a pet or a mount, this will effect gameplay. What's next? Gold? BoP Items? I'd rather not see this feature at all than seeing "premium" account benefits.
