Evil Eye is looking for a few good raiders for 25 man hard mode raiding. Our progress in 4.1 was 8/13, and were looking to bolster our numbers for Firelands. We raid 4 days a week, 3 hours at a time, so not particularly hardcore. Raid days are Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 19.30 to 22.30.
What we are looking for: We're always recruiting exceptional players, so there is no harm in applying even if we're not recruiting your class/specc. 1 Death Knight Tank 1 Feral Tank 1 Feral DPS 1 Protection Paladin 1 Restoration Shaman 1-2 Rogues 1-2 Warlocks What we expect from people: Show up for at least half the raids, preferably more, bring the best enchants, gear, buffs, flasks and pots to gain the maximum potential during the short time we raid. We want to get as much done as possible. We expect you to be able to function in a team, not !#!!# the meters for your own personal benefit, but aid the raid to the best of your ability. Dps, healers and tanks are expected to optimize performance. Know your class, be able to help out others if needed and/or take criticism and advice in a friendly manner. We all play to down the content as fast as possible. Current raidlogs are located here, if that is of interest to anyone: http://www.worldoflogs.com/guilds/97841/ What we provide: We are a stable guild, we have effectively been around since February 2005 (we had a merge experimentation period, but we are over that now), raiding since Molten Core and up through the different raid instances. A good deal of our players has raiding experience from vanilla wow until now. Our average age is late 20's, so we are a mature bunch having fun in a game (nerds, lol). We also have competent raidleading. Short focused raidtime, for those people who want progress without spending the entire week playing WoW. And we are guild level 25, if that sparks any interest. If you don’t have the gear, but can convince us you have the experience and skill to be a good addition to our raid roster, we are willing to gear you up, but we expect people to have experience with their respective roles in Cataclysm raiding as well.
