As the title says, are there any players that have been here since day1? or have they all gone?

I migrated to this server during late vanilla. I still have some screenshots of it. As you see my name is Vez instead of Atilius, that is because halfway during TBC I migrated away again, when I regretted that and wanted to migrate back, my old name was taken already. The screenshot of Illidan is not made by me, it's from a friend.

I didn't play during Wotlk, but when I logged in again to play Cataclysm I discovered the realm was deserted and PvE instead of PvP. I have yet to see any other player that I recognize from vanilla or TBC, I think 99% migrated here not long ago. |

lol those were the good times, and 1 recognise some of the people in those screenshots and been in a few of the guilds in the first screenshot, and your right alliance left at the end of tbc about sunwell times, i left with my main then, but always wish to comeback as this was the best server and what i consider home, i guess iam the last person from Shadowmoon server lol bet no 1 knows that server

Oh dear god. Jupiter Mining Corp. That was the guild I forgot! And Vision and Intruders and Sublime. Too bad I don't remember the guild I raided with during classic.
And at the end of Burning Crusade, the day when Northrenders decided to leave the realm, that was probably the saddest day in all the time I played WoW. It had something horrible final, everyone was leaving at the time, there was no future for the realm. It's sad to see it never really recovered. |

been playing pretty mutch sinse day one.. now im just a slacker thoo... was in the guild northrenders on magtheridon/shadowmoon back in the days.. and i was called curry =P

Still here..but ive noticed that we old-schoolers are in grave numbers these days, since most if not everyone from vanilla is "grown-up" now, and are getting tired of these people who started late WotLK and thinks they are the best and almighty :x

90% of Durotards are Vanilla players. As a matter of fact we were all playing alliance in Silvermoon (40 man raids), we migrated to Kul tiras (40 man and later 25 raids) due to the lag monster of 2005-2006, we remained there realm 1 guild and on Wotlk we split our paths mainly because of real life, families etc and re united here as 10 man small guild!
I really think we will never stop playing this game... |

Been playing since Beta. I used to be the GuildMaster of Integra at Vashj-EU,(while I still had the time to put 6 hours a day into this game) a +1000 member guild and one of the very very few guilds on that server that actually had the resources to do the 40-mana raids like MC and BWL etc.

Im vanilla player from this server. Migrated here from Burning Legion since first day server was up and got crushed by insane lag provided by Telia ;). I will look for some screenshots later.

im not playing anymore but still keep track of things :)
its so sad that maybe the greatest realm in europe back in vanilla is so empty now. and stupid blizz for giving me exp while walking around in IF, wanted to stay 60 :) |

vanilla.... those where the days, zul gurub, ahn quiraj OOO i get chills remembering all the times i died in classic naxxramus.
seems most us classic players are collecting on magtheridon, I started on the beta on the bronzebeard test realm. then it got taken off to be reintroduced as a normal realm. actually i was guildless between 04 and 05 so use to freelance as my priest anderosk back then. shame players now cant get the hard work we all put in, and think im the only one of my little group left from the old content :( |

I started playing in US open beta, on European servers from day 1. First on Shadowmoon then took free migration to Mag I guess that was autumn 2005. I have lots of screenshots from old times and 40-man-raids. Got Ash'kandi rolling 100 in BWL when couldn't get a guild run for Nefarian - that was something... But then wow was almost over for me. Got great friends in game all over Europe and I still keep in touch with many of them.
Stopped playing in late TBC phase. Still open my acc now and then to try a bit. |

I have. I used to play it on my friend's computer as a child, as I couldn't afford the subscription myself and my computer was too low-spec'd. I remember we organised a sleepover on the day of The Burning Crusade's release and we spent about an hour sitting at the door waiting for it to arrive, only to realise it'd been sitting on the table the whole time as the postman had been while we were at school. Ah, good times. It was a lot more simple back then, I think. Had a charm to it.
