Website - www.exordiumeu.com ______________________________________________________ The following are what we're in most need of at the moment, however our doors are always open for exceptional players of any class and build. : - 1x Healer | Holy Pala pref, all classes considered - 1x Melee DPS | Feral Druid/Enh Shaman/UH DK pref. - 1x Caster | Ele Shaman/Balance Druid ______________________________________________________ Exordium is recruiting quality players to fill our core roster as we push for progression in 4.3 Dragon Soul. Recruits will be given raid spots based on their skill, preparedness and knowledge. Exordium was created march 2011 with the hopes of bringing a bunch of like-minded players together three to four nights a week for semi-hardcore raiding. The leaders have a great horizon of experience with guild management and raiding since the birth of Azeroth. We desire a rapid progression aswell as maintaining a great, stable social network. Our raid schedule is designed to be optimal for most players who are 18+. ______________________________________________________ Players who are looking to apply should meet most of the following criteria: Experience: Candidates should have significant experience with Cataclysm raiding aswell as experience with prior expansions. We generally do not desire players who started playing in late-WotLK or Cataclysm. At least 12/12 experience in tier 11 is mandatory, you should also have a couple of heroic modes as a bare minimum(exceptions are made in certain circumstances). You should atleast 3/7 HC in tier 12. Gear An average itemlevel of 378 as a bare minimum is required. We do not desire undergeared players, as we do not intend to carry anyone. The ability to correctly enchant, gem, spec and glyph your character is valued just as much as the gear itself. Raid schedule Our primary raiding days are Sunday, Monday and Thursday 18.45-23.00 server time. We may extend this to 24.00 on rare occasions. You should be able to attend the majority of these raids (85%+). If one of these days doesn't fit your schedule, this is not the guild for you. Ventrilo The ability to use Ventrilo effectively is mandatory to keep communication at the highest level possible during raids. We expect you to have a good headset and a decent microphone. We do not want any mutes. Consumables We expect you to buy the correct flasks, food and potion fitting your role before each raid. We will usually provide this during raids, but you are expected to bring your own consumables regardless. No drama We raid for progression and fun. We have no need for players that raid primarily for loot or enjoy making drama and heated discussions. The loot will be given to players based on their performance, attendance and upgrade. Accepted players will recieve thee "Trial"-rank until we decide to promote or demote. If you peform well in our raids, expect to be granted the "Member"-rank swiftly. While you are a trial, you have the same criteria for loot as our raiders do, however we do not give trials priority on loot the first week. ______________________________________________________ Raiding schedule 18.45-23.00(24.00 on rare occasions) Sunday Monday (Tuesday) on rare occasions.
