Disc priests: how in the ¤#"¤#" do you handle TSG's?
|
Right, so i've playing a couple different comps lately, most recently KFC. And every single time we meet a TSG i just wobble to my inevitable death, usually within the first 30 secs.. :(
I know the basic concept is pretty much: pop ps once they're on you and try to get distance with 4 sec freedom shield while your partners peels until you can get around a pillar and heal some. NOW the problem is ruins of lordaeron and dalaran arena. WTF am i supposed to do here? As soon as they catch me in the middle its over.. throwdown into strang into hoj (dr'd yes, but still) all while stacking 1000000000000000 ns on me AND a 30% cast time debuff while trying to juke 2 kicks + a death grip. Seriously i'm a loss here and really don't know what to do against that comp, any tips are appreciated. |

Shadowmeld in the start and hope they don't find you. Other than that, good luck.

This Stay shadowmelted at the start or try to avoid them by lossing and staying mounted untill your teammates opened. Tbh at ruins i usually stay in the starting area untill isee my teammates applied at least some pressure. Getting charged to early can mean a fast loss. |

with your setup
i think you can't handle them at all if they now what they are doing (go on you and not be backpedalers and clickers) you won't last after your cds breh end of story not enough peel for you |

Neither are "immune" to fear, and you've already !%@@ed up if you let both get on in the beginning. |

On Ruins you basically gonna have to try to stay in the outskirts of the map, hopefully forcing them to not overextend themselves.
Other than that. Abandon all hope Edit: As long as the paladin got cds they can overextend themselves and go ultra ofensive. So as stupid as it may sound, you have to "outlast" TSG |

Thats the point of TSG, you can't survive it no matter how skilled you and your partners are. Cause if the TSG means Totaly Slaugthered Goat (Goat Healer).
Holy Paladin: Damn its TSG this gonna be hard, but im skilled and have several years experience from Arena TSG DK: I'm in your face whatz you gonna do about it bro? Holy Paladin: I can't do nothing TSG Warrior: I'm in your face whatz you gonna do about it bro? Holy Paladin: Nothing since i can't do anything about it. Holy Paladin: Damn im at 80% in a Second, time to Heal. Holy Paladin: Good did succesfully fake cast the DK Holy Paladin: Good did succesfully fake cast the Warrior Holy Paladin: Time to finaly Heal TSG Holy Paladin: Or not, i just Rebuked you Holy Paladin: Omfg you kidding me Blizzard? They got 3 Interupts i need to fake cast? And if the TSG players know any math. They will just make sure i take 3,33 Second to fake cast each Interupt and then they will have 1 Interupt ready again. And even if he doesn't get Interupted by TSG's Holy Paladins Rebuke TSG got this: Rebuke 10 Second CD Mind Freeze 10 Second CD Pummel 10 Second CD Throwdown 45 Second CD MS -10% Healing 4.5 Second CD Improved Hamstring 7 Second Root 1 Min CD Charge which can be used as Interupt 13 Second CD Death Grip 25 Second CD Hungering Cold 1 Min CD Strangulate 1 Min CD/2 Min CD Necrotic Strike XXXX Absorbs & +30 Cast Time on Players Spells Hammer of Justice 1 Min CD Avenging Wrath + Divine Favor + Exorcism Spam |

I would say, in order of easiest to kill:
Holy priest, druid, disc priest, paladin, shaman. |

Melee cleave fastest kills:
1. Holy Priest 2. Holy Paladin 3. Resto Shaman 4. Resto Druid 5. Disc Priest Easiests on top and Hardest on bottom, but ofc no matter how the list looks like all die super easy against TSG. |

Melee cleave fastest kills: Ugh what, firstly Resto Druid is probably the easiest healer for melee cleaves to kill while Resto Shaman is without doubt the hardest. |

Rofl actually no Healer atm counters TSG since they are just delaying there death. And also you are big time wrong and i will show you why: Holy Paladin V.s Frost Death Knight & Arms Warrior 1. Holy Paladin pops Divine Shield aka Bubble 2. Divine Shield aka Bubble last either 8 or 2 Seconds, depends if the Warrior uses Shattering Throw 3. Holy Paladin pops Aura Master, but he gets Throwdowned so its wasted on nothing 4. Holy Paladin pops Hand of Freedom & Holy Radiance and try to run away but either Warrior Charges or Death Knight Death Grip 5. Voila Holy Paladin has 0 chance now sinces hes few Cooldowns are used. Disc Priest V.s Frost Death Knight & Arms Warrior 1. Disc Priest pops Pain Suppression which make the Priest take -40% Damage for 8 Second 2. Disc Priest now tosses Power Word: Shield on himself and heals him for 20% of the absorb amount and gets shield which absorb decent amount, he also tosses Renew on him. 3. Disc Priest no longer has 100% HP and there for tosses Prayer of Mending on him. 4. Disc Priest uses Power Word: Barrier which make the Priest take -25% Damage for 8 Second 5. Disc Priest uses Desperate Prayer and Heal 30% of HP 6. If Priest is lucky he will survive long enough for next Bubble. |
