hello everyone.

im looking for a server to reroll/transfer on. can someone enlighten me on the current economic and raiding status of Stormrage? should i transfer this char and hit 85, what are the chances of getting in a solid raiding guild?

Dont transfer here. It's a terrible server and 90% of the transfer requests related to stormrage are migrations away from here... There are plenty of social raiding guilds - They are all bad and I wouldnt touch them with a barge pole.

On a positive note, there are some really cool players if you get to know them but I find it hard to believe anybody will stay here long enough to get friendly with people...

I'm one of those old-timers which have had my fair share of stops and quits, twists and turns on several servers. And I have to say, Stormrage is one of the best on a social basis. It is a different server than it were 3 years ago when I felt like everyone knew everyone. I rarely know anyone these days, and to say it like this; I quit back in December. I came back 2 weeks ago, and when I logged on, 15 people from my friends list were removed from my friends list since they had changed server. 15 in 6 months.

When it comes to raiding. Well. I'm not the right person to talk there anymore.

But if you end up coming here, my advice would be; Stay open! Talk to those you trade with, and try to stay civil in both trade and wherever you might be. I would say that mentality have served me pretty well over the years.

This server is utterly ##%* and filled with a lot of people that have issues with spelling words like "CC" and "IQ".

If you want anything else but mindless chatter with an extreme amount of grammar mistakes, this is not the server for you, or anyone else that still has some working braincells.

Needless to say, Sahyun was on ignore for most alliance players on Stormrage - after he left the server, Stormrage has become a relatively nice and friendly realm.

In other words, 'bad'.

There's literally one decent PvE guild left, and no competition at all (2nd guild on realm still 3 bosses behind top lol).

Go elsewhere, even if you are terrible, there's plenty of other realms that can carry you better
