Hi Thunderhorn!

Banana Revolution is a casual 10-man raiding guild. Our approach to raiding is that we tackle the content with a very close-knit team, and really aim to have as much fun as possible while doing so. Our goal is always to kill all raid bosses that are available to us, heroic modes included, but we really don't care about being server first or anything like that as long as we have steady progression and people are enjoying themselves.

We all understand that raiding is all about teamwork and respect for one another, so you should never hear anyone yelling or berating another member. Everyone makes mistakes every now and then, and that's ok. It is however important that people own up when they do, so that we can all learn from it and move on. How else would we ever get better?

As a progression group we raid up to 3 nights each week; Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Our raid times are 20:00-23:00 server time. We currently keep a very tight roster of exactly 10 raiders and the odd backup, which means that close to 100% attendance is required. Of course we all have real life commitments as well, so having to cancel a raid every now and then is expected.

As we're a friendly bunch of people, we've decided against using a loot system, and instead we just roll for gear. Need for main spec, and Greed for offspec. Even though it isn't strictly required, we like to encourage our members to pass for other raiders if it's a bigger upgrade for them, or if the item will be of more use to the raid in the hands of someone else. The mentality we are looking for is Raid Progression > Personal Gain, which will benefit everyone in the end.

We're currently looking for 1-2 DPS of pretty much any class

As a casual raid group, we have the opportunity to really adhere to the Blizzard motto of "Bring the player, not the class". To us it's far more important who the person behind the keyboard is, and we actually decline more applications based on personality than class, gear or anything else. With that being said though, a leather agility user would fit in quite nicely in terms of gear, as it's the one thing we're currently missing. :) However, we can probably fit in a damage dealer of any class, as long as it's played by the right person. Well... Im considering transferring one of my characters over to Thunderhorn to apply to your guild (a friend of mine told me about it), and thus powergeared this character after having checked your guilds website.

But, I do have a healer priest (holy, discipline offspec) - The catch with her is that she is considerably less geared (346 iLevel), also on a different server and on top of that.. Alliance.

If it would really help your raid, I could try gearing her up and send her over instead.

Option three would be waiting for me to level my healadin up but.. Thatll take considerably longer xD
