Veto is looking for several enthusiastic, experienced and reliable players!
Who are we looking for? We expect you to be an active part of our community. You will be applying to a community who always strives to perform their best at all times. We want all our raiders to quickly recognize their mistakes and learn from them. We will all be making mistakes at times, the important part is to learn from them and move on. We are looking for team players. Players who enjoy team working and enjoy accomplishing goals as a team. Therefore we need you to be able to communicate well. We are not looking for players who mindlessly follow orders but players who can give and receive constructive feedback. What can you expect from us? You can expect raids which are led by experienced leaders who have been around since original WoW. We are serious in raids, but we also joke around from time to time. Our guild bank is active and helps our raiders with consumables and repairs. Raids are well organized and focused, after all we all want to play and progress as much as possible within our schedule! Veto is structured to be as pain free as possible. We use a web-based sign up system where our raiders sign appropriately to their status. To hand out loot we use a DKP/hour-based solution to split out loot as evenly as possible. We have structured a set of rules/guidelines that covers the most basic expectations. Raiding Schedule (GMT+1) We raid three times per week. We expect you to make it to at least two of our three raids: Wednesday: 19:45-23:00 Sunday: 19:45-23:00 Monday: 19:45-23:00 We realize that real life is important and that things can get in the way. It is however important that our raiding schedule fits you and your time frame well. Generally we are very understanding when it comes to pre-planned vacations and occasional events, but we also want you to raid and be a part of our team and not that you are away most of the time. We plan regular unofficial events as well. Find us!
