May you be well healed and buffed through all hardships.

I quit about a month after cata as pugging HCs was frankly no fun with all the moronic behaviour and nerd rages in every other group.
Just reactivated my account and thought I would trawl the forums for some tips and found this. If only 10% of DPS were more like you Azeroth would be a happier place. Thanks man, you made me smile =D |

you are one LOVELY warlock !
i think i'd blow every cd on you even if you /afk standing in the fire ; D thank you for this thread, really. i hope every healer will once have the privilege of grouping up with someone like you /cuddle |

Thank You ! : )

You sir, are the reason I still heal through all of the !@#$ I have to eat. As a fellow DPS, I concur entirely. Tanks like to think of themselves as the head of a group, and DPS are undoubtedly the body. Without the head, the body will fail. But healers are the neck. And without the neck, the head comes crashing down. Taking the body with it. Thats all i can say too... Thank you for your kind words... Best regards, |

Finally some appreciation. This post really made me smile. Ive found that at the end of a instance i get eather yelled at, (if we whiped for whatever reason) or simply i simply get the silent treatment.
I dont ask for a cookie just cous i did my job but some times it would be nice to get a great job healer when we kill a boss even though half the team stand in aoe. But it is those few compliments that atleast i remember and it kinda make it all worth it ^^. So thank you for the uplifting post :D |

Thank you mate was lovely post. Healers so often go un noticed by the group it can be a bit sad. The times when you heal so hard and save a wipe and no one notices lol. Only when someone dies they remember they have a healer :)
I am sure every healer that hears the words nice heals etc, makes there day a bit after a tough fight. We don't hear it often at all but nice when we do :) Thanks again mate |

The feeling of a healer knowing when someone is about to die in pvp and you save his butt is warm and fuzzy, in pve it's just another job.
I enjoy a quick whisper from someone just saying thanks. And in this case i thank you for spending the time to come here and showing us fellow healers some gratitude. /bow |

I must say, to the healers, I've complemented and thanked healers myself while tanking/DPSing if they pulled off some miraculous seemingly-impossible save. I like to be complementary and if people are doing their jobs well, they deserve to know. Healers aren't just the neck, they're the bones. Without the bones we'd all be a squishy mess.

You know that I'm going to roll a Horde healer on The Sha'tar just to heal you because of this? 8D
Thanks. Is rare to get any thanks on dungeons these days. But you are needed too. How else do I manage when the tanks simply refuse to pick up adds that my healing aggroes? Been saved a thousand times thanks to a dps like you, a dps with brains. |
