About Feedback
Feedback is a newly started guild, after we got fed up of not being able to raid together. We formed in early august 2011 a few weeks into the Firelands raid tier. We're a small bunch of players yet close-knit and have a friendly guild environment, apart from when Jahkeem turns up in guild chat. We aim to be in the top 10 guilds on Bloodhoof, focusing on 10 man content. We consider ourselves semi-casual as we only raid two times a week, but when we do raid we take it seriously. We are currently 7/7 Firelands normal and starting heroics next week. Recruitment We are currently looking for: - Holy Priest - Warrior / Paladin Tank However any exceptional applicants will always be considered as we are still looking to beef out our raid team. However if we can't fit you in, most likely we will offer you a social spot (unless we hate you, then we won't) Requirements While we love a friendly, funny person we don't consider these traits a replacement for motivation to raid. If you don't have the drive to attend raids and perform well you will most likely find yourself failing the trial. The trial period lasts 2-3 weeks depending on how we feel about you, and during this time you will be expected to make 100% attendance as we think that if you can't do this when you are trying to impress us then you won't do this outside the trial. However we will take into account if you have any major problems during your trial and do our best to make a fair judgement. Information We raid on Thursdays and Sundays from 20:00 - 00:00 server time and you will be expected to be there outside the instance fully prepared 15 minutes before start time with flaks, food and potions. If we see you under performing in raids, be that doing low damage/healing or just plain standing in fire you will be notified and must be able to handle constructive criticism from the rest of the raid, it doesn't mean we hate you and don't want you raiding with us, it means that we want to help you get better. Beside that we expect you to know how to play your class, how to gear, how to gem, how to reforge (reforgelite!) and to be up to date on theory-crafting for your class. We do not have an age limit as I know from personal experience that younger players can be far more mature than adult players if they have a brain in their head. However any immaturity beyond that of a joke, extensive bashing people, racism etc. will not be tolerated. We don't mind a bit of swearing and we all love telling Fergy how much he sucks in guild chat, but we don't want applicants who could make the guild any less friendly than it is right now! Some news; We now have a full raiding team so specific recruitment has come to a close.
However all exceptional applications will be considered and we encourage you to apply if you think you're good enough. |

We just finished raiding last night and are now 5/7 in our first week of FL (and raiding) :D Unfortunately Majordomo didn't want to die and hung onto life with a mere 700k health left. We'll get him next week :) |

6/7 downed in two hours last night, sadly didn't make to much progress on rag with people being tired and having to revert to alts due to some ISP issues - I'm confident we'll get him within the next few weeks though!
