Anyone seen this guy yet for the Death from Above achievement?

last 4-5 days its been same 3 !@#$%^- Firelords, and been going with this bombing quest some weeks now.

I noticed that, too. Flashfire is the only one I am missing, yet it's the same 3 elementals for the past few days.
