Pretty much OKish, I think.

Enchant your head and boots, get a little bit more hit rating, glyph and you're fine.
I can't comment on your specializations, as I hate both of them. Also, you have a mixture of PvP and PvE, which doesn't look good. Go specialize on one type, mixture is bad!

Yes, I know I have a crappy polearm, but damn Kiril never drops (doing DS is a suicide anyway), and I can't complete the HoT dungeons because I will fall asleep there...
(I also know I'm way over hit cap, but wowreforge and other sites confuse me too much. :I )

Get 65 mastery on gloves and 65 crit on cloak, they are better than agility.
Change your spec so you have 3/3 patching instead of ISS. As BM only SS your going to use it in the start if a fight.
Go to wowreforge.com for reforging help. Set stats to crit=3, mastery=2, haste=1 and in the cap section on the lower left set hit to 961 and have it set to "exactly to".

My bad, Good thing we have vigilant eyes, Ofc it's staying as it is.

Change that gem in the belt to pure agi before someone sees you... You don't go for 8.00% hit exactly at the cost of agility / crit. being at 8.01 or more won't kill you.

You're still a bit short on hit rating, need to squeeze another 215 Hit Rating from your gear, and replace your shoulders. Also, you're using the wrong let enchant.

As a footnote, you're an engineer, take advantage of that, get the Synapse Springs, Nitro Boosts and Flexweave Underlay tinkers on your gear. But apart from that, fairly decent.

Aside from using a agi/hit gem when you're at the hit cap, I can't seem to find anything wrong with your hunter.

He should be using that hit gem and just reforge out of hit.

I don't know if you're doing more dps by what you have, but I would reforge the mastery on your head to haste.

Haste is by far our worst stat, so I don't see the reason to do that.
Swap your glove enchant to 65 mastery.
Also your ferocity pets should have 2/2 WH.

Ur al fine, I would only change the enchant on ur gloves, from mastery to 22 agility.
