Almost all the time when I right click with my Razer orochi mouse (and any others), it jumps to center of screen.
I've used this mouse and mousepad before without any issues.
I've tried using another mouse and mousepad, and similar issue appears.
I am using a fresh Windows 7 install and fresh WoW download (downloaded it yesterday).

Any ideas on how to fix it?

I've tried other games such as "League of Legends" and "From Dust", and I haven't had any issues with those games.

Same problem here. I had it on my last computer, have it on my laptop, and having it now on my new rig.
Reading all the other threads about it, it doesn't seem to have to do with either mouse model or the drivers for it.
I'm not able to replicate it, but when it happens, it's caused by left or right mouse button being pressed down.

I'm on Windows 7 64-bit with the latest updates.
