In my opinion, the
That is not a fish, it's a harbinger of death and destruction. It's seeking our lifes for crying out loud. |

Your argument is only vallid for warlocks.. Priest/mages have nice low lvl/white dresses to use, and also the rest besides cloth (mail, plate etc) is quite normal. I'd like the idea of one of my chars looking like a basic adventurer than some puffed up dude with weird mismatched gear with fire coming out of it. Also blizz said they won't make silly items available to use. |

Above example is what I'm talking about. Make THAT transmoggable! |

Want a proper answer about grey and white armour. So far we've only got replies about "not able to transmog silly items" which wasn't my question/suggestion.

I hope that at least white gear will be possibile to transmog. I love the starter horde robes for casters (those who tauren, troll and orcs wear).

clap Gotta love how Cid is posting on Cyrik too, his other character to show more non-existant support ;) With the exception of the cheap tactic he is using, being able to transmog white/grey armour would be great, the weapons however...no. |

All's fair in love and... Warcraft. What more can I say? Besides, Cid's gear does look good, doesn't it?

I don't understand the restrictions for 'fun' items, does it matter what people prefer to battle with? if you dont want to be in a raid full of fish wielding hobos then join a guild that bans transmog or something, the whole 'we dont like humor much' thing is rubbish, look at uldum and indiana jones there, a full zone was dedicated to a silly little joke that should have been 2-3 quests at max, also some see gnomes as comical, why not delete gnome race too?
edit: White and grey items should be allowed, any item should be that you can obtain unless its a quest item such as the wizard quest hat you can get as horde, silly restrictions just hinder character customisation which transmog is going to be released for -_- I forsee the future, nothing but old tiers being used with OTT weapons, I would prefer the odd average looking person running around rather than all clones of the past raiding experience. |

Totally agree with this. It's already great we are able to change skins. Got a question though: Will the item dissapear after its used for mogging? And will unobtainable gear (removed raids) be available again through some sort of system? |

trust me any true RP'er would NOT do that.. only trolls and lollers Got a question though: Will the item dissapear after its used for mogging? that is a good one! |
|

It would have been funny though, if people made big city raids dressed at peasants with brooms and pitchforks and stuff. 40+ angry farmers coming to claim the king's head.

Just make those "silly items" into a class of their own and just disallow that and we be all set. We could give them an item colour of their own, I suggest pink.
|

Yeah please do allow grey and white items to be transfromersed. And if for some reason they cant be all transformersed, allow at least cloak and head parts to have look of grey and white items - that would be nice compromise i suppose?

We'd be more than satisfied with the ability to transmog grey and white armour (not counting dresses/tuxedos etc as armour, they're for civilians and counts as silly items).
Bleached Plate (greys) looks great for impersonating IF guards, make it happen! /plead |
