i dont like that idea. I dont wanna see ppl running in grey gear across battleground and owning all, it will be too annoying. i would prefer that there is a minium item lvl u can use transforgmation with.

Pft no way are there 300 accounts. It has about 400 odd characters sure but many have at least two characters in the guild while some have several. Overexaggerating ;).

Honestly if your applying the restriction to silly items, why put the restricition on the statless items?

Heck no, not the itemlevel thing again. Lame enough that I can't gem Cata-greys with Cata-gems, but to put such a limit on Transmog as well? Nuh-uh, no way. Most RP gear are drops or vendor gear with quite low itemlevel, so don't even consider that move. Even the Bleached plate is under 200 i-lvl, so I strongly disagree about the restrictions of itemlevel.

Besides, there should be an option to turn on/off transmog effects whenever this is implemented. Like in case second above poster gets pwned by someone in greys.

EDIT: Nobleknight, you need an update. We're under the 400-limit (even as low as 357, lots of inactive members that gets kicked so we keep the roster fresh and updated) considering the chars, but we still have the accounts that... err, counts.

To be honest Master Dwarf. It would e an honor to have my face pounded in by you.

I RP and trust me man, it's for the best whites and greys aren't transmogrifiable or however you spell it. You don't want to see a male orc warlock in a pink dress, bunny ears, with other weird crap on him, it'll become like TF2 and hats. It's a sacrifice that's worth making.

And you still have no clue that Blizz won't transmog the "silly items" as they call them. We're suggesting to transmog grey and white ARMOUR! NOT WEAPONS! See this gear? Isn't that a good imitation of IF guard? I want that transmogged, and that's that!

EDIT: If I don't carry the RP gear atm, it is basically the Bleached Plate set, with Field Plate Pauldrons. All greys with one green shoulder. And it looks quite alot better than most other gear in the game. Reconsider the greys and whites, Blizzard! No need for silly items, just the armour!

The currently-proposed transmog system is not for role-players. It is for old-school raiders and arena junkies to pose in out-of-season gear sets. How, after being totally neglected for over 6 years, could anyone in the RP community have expected otherwise?

White items transmoggable please.

Make weapons with the same handedness and approximate speed intermoggable (my word). I have a holy paladin who really wants to use a sword (and I have a lovely one ready to use for the model), but can't because you neglected to put any spellpower swords in cataclysm.

Remove the 'armour specialisation' bonuses from all classes so we can actually wear more than one type of armour without penalty. If I can wear cloth, leather and mail why am I penalised for doing so?

Perhaps Blizzard will bring in a new item Color for bunny ears, pink dresses etc...

I for one would love to enchant like Landslide on a fish! and wack with it!

Blizzard stated that they have specifically targeted silly items and made them reduntant as transmog material, such as fish weapons.

Seeing as silly items are already banned, there's no reason not to allow white items to be allowed.

I want to deck out a rogue in a pair of http://www.wowhead.com/item=15313/feral-shoulder-pads it will suck if cant wear grey items, is there a date yet of when all this transmog stuff will go live?
